Mrs. Jones’ Protein Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ice OR 1 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup almond or pea milk
  • 1/4 cup MJ Elixir, any flavor
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter


Directions:

  1. Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add extras like chocolate chips, flax seeds, avocado, or a sprinkle of cinnamon to make your own caffeinated morning fuel!
